Where We Ship

We ship through licensed retailers and fulfillment partners in accordance with state alcohol laws. We currently ship to: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY.

We currently do not ship to: UT, HI, AK

Adult Signature Required

All alcohol shipments require a 21+ signature upon delivery. Carriers cannot leave packages unattended.

Processing Times

Orders typically process in 1–3 business days. Delays may occur during holidays or extreme weather conditions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Complimentary shipping over $100 applies to select regions.

Tracking

A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery attempts fail:

  • Carriers may return the package

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

Due to federal alcohol regulations, we cannot accept returns of alcohol once it has shipped.

However, we want you to have an exceptional experience with Adversary. Contact us if:

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • There was a quality issue
